If you wish to enroll your child/children in the bus service for the academic year 2019-2020, please read carefully the conditions below, taking into consideration that an application submitted via internet is as binding as a signed hard copy contract.
Please fill this form and submit it online or deliver it to the Bus Service office next to IC main gate.

Terms and conditions:

  1. Students must wait for the bus at the specific pick-up point 5 minutes before pick-up time.
  2. Buses will remain outside apartment buildings. They will neither enter building parking nor alleyways with no through roads. Bus monitors are not authorized to leave the bus in order to use the building interphone.
  3. No adult or friend is allowed to accompany the student on board. Seats are assigned by the bus monitor.
  4. Students on board must follow instructions at all times. Any misbehavior will be subject to a conduct report. Repeated offenses will forbid the student from using the bus service with no refund. Any damage to the bus, caused by a student, will be at the parents/guardians’ responsibility.
  5. The bus fee will be issued for payment along with the 2nd and 3rd trimester tuition fees slip.
  6. In case there was not enough riders in a distant area, we reserve the right to refuse to offer the bus service even if the bus form was already submitted.
  7. Upon arrival, in case the person in charge was not waiting to pick up the child/children, the child/children will be returned to school and the administration will contact the parents to pick him/her up from school.
  8. The one way service is available for very limited seats and in accordance with the following conditions:
    • Only up to a maximum of 15% of the available seats will be allocated to the one way service. To register in the one way service, please contact the bus contractor.
    • Approvals will be granted on a first come, first served basis provided that registration is done before July 31st, 2019.
    • Parents/guardians cannot switch from 2-way to 1-way service after registration.
    • The bus fees for the 1-way line amounts to 75% of the two way trip.
    • After registration in the bus service, cancellation is not allowed for any reason whatsoever. Once registered, the total fees will be considered due and payable in accordance with the below schedule. However, IC reserves the right to cancel any registration in case the line service is not available anymore, and/or there are no minimum riders to a specific area or in case of any breach in accordance with paragraph 5 above.
  9. The bus service is exclusively for the entire academic year for all riders.
  10. All other conditions for IC bus form apply to all riders.
  11. The bus fees are subject to modification should an increase be necessitated due to unforeseen legal or administrative requirements.
  12. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by IC and such amendments will be circulated.
